Do you accept escrow payment?
Unfortunately, we currently do not support Escrow payment. Please proceed your payment through our available payment methods.
How long until my project starts, after I send the payment?
Once we have verified your payment, our team will start working on your projects, usually within 1 hour since the payment is verified.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime, but as long as you have not made the payment. Once we have received the payment, cancellation cannot be done.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payment through credit/debit cards, digital wallet, QRIS, and bank transfer.
Is VAT calculated in the price?
